New Zealand Build Group provides services from Stewart Island to Cape Reinga, with offices and a trade workforce spanning New Zealand. This allows us to quickly adapt to market changes and provides a baseline for steady growth, offering both our clients and workforce a high level of security and continuity.
From Tender to Handover, we subcontract to Main Contractors, removing the worry about whether the subcontractor can resource the job.
We have the ability to price:

We are looking to add Concrete, Plumbing & Drainage in 2024.
This “Super Sub” Model means that we can be a lower-risk option (who is your one-stop shop) with the ultimate goal of your project being completed on time and to the standard your client expects.
The difference? You have one phone call to make, covering the majority of facets, risks, and contractors for your projects, both before and during the project. This may seem minimal, but for those in the know, these elements are crucial. They represent the primary challenges for a main contractor and are often the source of significant headaches.

OUTSOURCING
This is where we share our Trade workforce on both short-term and long-term jobs with our partnered companies on a 'per hour' basis. Long story short – we got sick and tired of overpaying labour-hire companies that often over-promise and under-deliver, usually managed by teams with little practical experience in the field.
We identified this as a critical area needing improvement in the construction industry: a reliable player to step into this space and prioritise 'Tradies Helping Tradies,' without burdening the tradesmen or enriching intermediaries.
Our entire workforce is on full-time contracts. When we can't find suitable professionals in New Zealand, we also source this workforce internationally. Approximately 50% of our workforce has been sourced internationally to ensure we meet our client's requirements while upholding the standard we stand by.
